I had a problem with my shorts, but after a couple of emails and a phone call a replacement pair is being sent to me. All this has been resolved within a week. I cannot praise those in Customer Service enough for their polite and professional manner in dealing with me. Great service!

I have had the innovo shorts for 12 weeks and I am exceptionally pleased with the results. The difference it has made to my confidence when going walking or shopping is brilliant. I didn't expect it to work as well as it has. I had a few queries which were answered straight away. I did have a technical issue which was dealt with instantly and resolved and as a company their customer service is outstanding. It's made such a difference to my life and I wish I had purchased sooner.

You can feel the change coming over you immediately, I have every day felt a difference. I know it’s working, I have tried every other method out there with little change. I already can sneeze and laugh without any incident. Thank you so much for creating something that works. Something that offers proof not just hope.

Given three stars as I haven't been using for long, approx three weeks. I usually use programme 2 and have started upping the pressure. I always hang them after so they are ready to be used quickly. Only used programme 1 properly a couple of times as sensor 1 keeps bleeping. I've tried adjusting position and spraying more solution on but still getting bleeps. This morning I pressed the red button on waist and the bleeping stopped. Afew minutes later it bleeped, finger on red button and I was able to use it again. I spray quite abit of solution on so wondered if contacts were not quite in the right place. I will persevere though as I don't get this problem with programme 2. I usually stand for the exercises only lay down twice. Once you're into a routine they're fine. At first it feel like youre putting a wet swimming costume on but you soon get used to it. I paid £299 for them which is really expensive but i am determined to stop using expensive pads and am looking forward to seeing a big improvement in the coming weeks. I will review again later after three months.

I had purchased a different brand and had to return it for various reasons. I then decided to check the reviews for Model 1F100A and found they were all favorable. When I received your product I was well pleased with the quality, which included detailed instructions and the accuracy of the readings.
