Only gives me ! in triangle. Won't work. Now I have to pay a lot of money to return it. When defective product is shipped, customers should not have to pay for return shipping. Web site does not explain about having to use a special electrical contact spray, which it sells. Wearing wet shorts and then having to clean self and shorts after use is not explained. That's bad. The waist band is too wide. It just rolls and hurts, poor design. It's OK for really skinny people, but if you're fat, like me, it's painful. Too difficult to get shorts on and off if you have any arthritis in hands, as I do. I hated these, especially for being broken, so I can't speak to if they work. I'm angry that I have to pay to return them.

I have been using Innovo for around 10 days & already can tell a significant difference. I had thought regaining my bladder control was a no hoper it was so bad ... but here I am on a programme where I feel I am making progress which already is impacting on my quality of activity & basically going out of the house!

Couldn't get my innovo to work at first. Rang the customer service number and the operative knew instantly what the problem was. I did as she said and haven't had a problem since. Love it.

The website was easy to navigate and understand. The ordering was easy and the product came on time. I have been using it now for a week and so far so good. First time I used the pants it all took a while to set up and to follow instructions etc but now it takes only a few minutes. Suggest you do hang up pants somewhere and not fold away in between treatments - it’s quicker and easier. Not sure of course of the long term outcome - too soon but I am optimistic and hopeful. Added bonus - I am now putting half an hour a day aside for my self whilst using the pants and can read, listen to a play or do the crossword all standing up looking out the window!

Item delivered was faulty. Contacted them by phone and tried to resolve the issue several times without success. Finally asked for a refund but even that took longer than expected, despite several emails chasing up the credit.

I spoke to a lovely girl. She was so helpful and her advice really helped me. Thank you. Also I wasn't on hold for long either.

The service was great I received the package two days after ordering I read all the instructions thoroughly and watched the video which was very clear. I really struggled to put them on, the waistband was so tight and uncomfortable the hip measurement was fine so I persevered I am now in my second week hopeing for good results

After 1st use at 3/4 strength i noted less moisture on underpants and was finally able to not wear a pad for a week.... wow ! a game changer ... nothing could depress a middle aged single woman worst than smelling like urine .... thank god for science
