Not made for all body types. I tried it on and it fit in the waist and hips so I took off the tags that said Cannot Return if Removed so I could plug it in. But it wouldn't turn on. Why? Because my legs are too skinny. There are panels that must touch the legs or it won't work. But they don't tell you that in advance. So I threw away $400 for nothing.

While I have just begun to use my Innovo,I have had two excellent customer service experiences already! When my kit first arrived, I had a stomach bug. I was concerned about the 30 day return time frame. I called customer care. They made a notation on my account, and said to give a call when I was ready to start. I did that today. I spoke with Emma. She walked me through setting up my Innovo. So patient, professional, personable, helpful! I am very hopeful this product will work for me.

Great product that really works for me with superb outcome. Maintenance program for continuing control. Would highly recommend.

Five stars for incredible customer service and the recurring attempts to get me the right product. Three stars because after trying three pairs of shorts in about six weeks, I’m taking a pause. The product works- although my use was interrupted, my muscles are noticeably stronger. It’s just that in the end I can’t figure out how to use it so that I’m not shocked. The first pair of shorts were too big and because the legs were too loose, the right connections weren’t being made and I was getting little shocks along my legs. The second pair must have had a broken lead, or something similar, because I had two large jolts after about a week of use. The third pair fit well, I was happily using them for about five days, and then the little shocks started again along my legs. Nothing major, but just so unpleasant that I can’t endure it for 30 minutes. Maybe I’ll go back to them. Tip: I found that if I had put lotion on my legs, the connections seemed to work better on those days. I hope the company can get this right, because this product truly works.

I found Customer Service second to none. I recently had an issue with my shorts and contacted Innovo. I was given help and advice and hopefully the problem has now been resolved. Not often that you find such exceptional Customer Care. Thank you Innovo.

I contacted the team querying the fit of the pants. I received a quick helpful reply . No need to change the size even though initially I struggled with the fit. You just need to persevere to get them right.

Update: As the rep from Innovo said in their reply. They did take care of me, discount & all. I did receive my order but I am receiving an error code. I called, then emailed that I followed all the trouble shooting steps in the instruction manual. Today, I received an email saying they attempted to call me, & since they couldn't reach me I need to call them so they can walk me thru trouble shooting & I need to be wearing the shorts. I don't think I will be able to get to it for at least 3 days maybe longer. I am only home now because I'm on hold with another company. I have to say that everyone I have talked to has been super nice, I just hope that my 30 days don't run out before I can get this resolved.

I have used this 4 times and though I feel it working. It is not contracting the Pelvic floor. It is working on my Gluteal muscles. I am not sure this is giving effective Kegel exercises. I am a physician.
