Very good and easy to use

When I ordered my ‘Start up’ kit I was offered a 50GBP discount code to apply on checkout. Although I entered it and applied it, no discount happened so I paid the full price. I then got in touch by phone and by email, explained what had happened and some days later (about a week) a refund of 50 GBP was credited to my account. Not a streamlined procedure. Meanwhile the goods had been dispatched and arrived without delay, beautifully packed in a Chinese designed box. One connector does not ‘click’ but nobody to whom I spoke about it was concerned that there might be the makings of a bad connection. Your criterion was simply “Does it work? ... if so, who is fussed, we are not!” It works well although I may have to twist the one that does not ‘click’ to find a good ‘spot’. Is that how it should be: brand new for 249.00 GBP?

I have been using my Innovo for two weeks now and so far am pleased that the instructions were clear, the pants work exactly as described and I hope that within two months I will notice a difference. Initially I found the contractions uncomfortable to put it mildly, but now I have adjusted to it I can even increase the intensity with ease. So far I am pleased with my Innovo.

I'm giving three stars because their customer service really, really lacks. The actual shorts and the apparatus seems to be working, I've had it about a month. I've emailed them twice in the month that I've been using the innovo and have never gotten a response. I called customer service number once during their hours and got the message that they were closed but it was well during the hours that they said that they were open. So, the actual device hopefully will have excellent results by the time 3 months passes. But they get a low rating because their customer service is really really bad. Also if you aren't sure what size to get, you might want to get one size smaller if you're waist and your thighs are not as big around as your hip measurement. For those of us who are blessed with the big butt, small waist and thighs, get the size down from your hip measurement on the chart. Otherwise the contact pads won't work.

So far I can't provide a good review based on the fact that since Day 2 electrode 6 kept stopping the device. The shorts are too big in the waist and I'm getting pin-size red marks on m stomach around my hip bones. I really was excited about this device and choose it over another one Yarlap but I'm not sure this is going to work. When I get the new device which will be sometime next week I will have lost several days of progress and I hate having to start over again. Customer service is available but when the device won't run and it takes me an hour to get through 1 30-minute session it is not a good thing.

I couldn't use product due to my hip implants--returns went smoothly!

I have only completed 2 weeks of the program, but I have experienced a significant improvement. I know that when I finally complete the program I will be extremely happy with the results and for finding out about Innovo. I would highly recommend to any one who is experiencing the same issues.
