I only give this rating because I ordered Innovo and was greatly looking forward to curing my incontinence only to find out I couldn't use it because I have artificial metal hips. I don't recall seeing any cautions in the advert or description of this product that would have informed me of this before I ordered. Sadly, had to send it back.

I have been using innovo for about 15 weeks. I have noticed a slight improvement but not significant. The bottom of the shorts was too big to cling to my thighs which was a problem for connectivity. However I am doing to continue using them so hopefully will get more of an improvement with time. After speaking to customer service they are going to send me a different product to try. Customer service is excellent for Innovo

I was really looking forward to to this working for me but after 10 days I am disheartened because it keeps giving me error codes and will stop. I called on Friday and spoke with a representative who told me to spray again, which I did for a total of 4 times. It worked until about 26 minutes then error coded again. The size is right according to my measurements. Trying again tomorrow.

I began to see immediate results so was very happy. I had a stroke 13 years ago and aging in general caused a lot of weakness.

I had great difficulty using the pants so I phoned and was greeted by a very helpful person, she suggested I tried a smaller size. This was sent out very quickly at no extra cost to myself. Unfortunately these proved again to be unsuitable as I have very slim thighs and bottom. So it was suggested I use the previous innovo which was two separate wraps for my thighs and bottom. These do fit much better and I am just getting used to them has been a bit tricky applying them . But I'm hopeful that with patience I will get better using them But I can't fault the after service, they are extremely helpful and patient

I love it. I have not had it long enough to know how well it will work but I am hopeful.

The spray is a little expensive and the pants are a little temperamental on start up as I have hairy legs and it make good contact on all eight pads
