I purchased the Innovo pants and controller. I was having problems. I kept getting error messages. I called the support and was asked to send them pictures of myself wearing the pants as well as my measurements. It was determined I needed the next size smaller. I received the new pants and continued to get error messages. I called support and sent them pictures of myself in the second pants. This time it was suggested they send me a different type of garment. It will wrap around each leg. The issue is even though I require a larger size for my waist, my legs are disproportionately slender. I haven't received this next garment yet. I just made arrangements this morning. I am very happy with the help I am receiving from the company. They are very helpful in trying to resolve the issues I am experiencing.
