Purchased following guidelines for fit as the company said this is crucial for the shorts to work. They were tight on my waist and very baggy on my legs..contact company they said"don't worry they'll still work"? Bought them primarily as the advert said 'I could answer the door to the postman" implying I thought you could move around in them NO, you can lie or stand STILL. I could ONLY feel them work if I Stood up and had them on a high setting .. I felt it unpractical and uncomfortable to stand still for 30 mins I have returned the item for a refund within the 30 days even though they encouraged me to keep trying..it just didn't work for me I already have a Kegel I can lie down with for half the price. Other reviews stating the shorts breakdown after a few uses ut me off persevering

Although the first pairs of shorts were the wrong size, there was no problem in changing them. The service from the staff was great, and the replacement pair arrived within five days. Excellent service. Thank you

The oximeter I purchased was a very positive experience. The meter was packed with care and in a way that made removing the meter simple and safely. The batteries came with it and were easy to install. Operating the oximeter is easily explained in the instruction pamphlet. I found it easy to read and understand all readings.

I am amazed. I have only used my INNOVA for about week and a half and my leakage is practically gone. Today I wore regular panties with a lite pad for the first time in nearly a year. I could not be more pleased.

I was hopeful about this product but when it arrived I immediately read the manual. First page said not to use if you have hip replacement. Returning it was easy.

First shorts did not fit properly but the CB lady was very nice and sent me knew ones. These still do not fit my thighs…the shorts are too big but I can use it sitting/laying just not standing
