Customer service was great. Product was not. I replaced one and bought another and as of this date not one pair works. I never had 12 weeks concurrent to see if it would work as it was supposed to. It seemed to start to work but the pants never lasted long enough to tell.

I am sorry to hear you've had some issues with the shorts, unfortunately in some instances the shorts may not be suitable. I am delighted to inform you, we have an alternative product, the wrap garments, the garments deliver the same therapy using a slightly different application.
