I was more than happy with how my problem was taken care of. So helpful, friendly and patient with me.

My Innovo arrived in perfect condition. I was excited to begin using it but unfortunately I discovered I have colon cancer and required surgery. No worries, I am having chemotherapy treatment now through December. I fully intend to begin using my Innovo in the New Year.

My shorts do not have a broken white line on the back as described in the brochure, so placement is a tad difficult. Am assuming they are in the correct position.

Have had my shorts 3 months. Used them 6 days a week at level 120. I have a prolaped bladder . Leaks are slightly better, certainly no worse. I'm sure that if the only problem was a weak pelvic floor, the shorts would work better.

I have used this for 3 months, it has helped me so much. I used to worry about having leaks when I ran, but now it is not a problem. Their customer service is great too!

I have had about 95% improvement! I am happy with results, it is a time commitment of 5 times a week for 30 minutes for 12 weeks. Plus 1 to 2 times a week after the 12 weeks. If you are not prepared to give this 100% dedication, don’t invest your money.

My only frustration with this product is that twice something has malfunctioned and I’ve had to call and wait for replacements to arrive which means several days of not being able to use the product. I will say that both times I called my issue was resolved and the replacement was sent as soon as I returned the defective part. I just don’t like that the product is so fragile that something easily goes wrong.
