It was fine, i purchased this item online the only issue I had was the savings weren't applied to my purchase when i checked out and I had to email company to get charge adjusted/credited. And it was credited as stated in the response email. So far I'm alittle out on all the contacts working but I will give it more time as I did reach out to the company about my concerns...

I am 70 years old. There was a connecting piece left out of my packaged product. I wrote for a replacement piece and was told to make a picture of the piece that was missing. I was contacted by phone later and the piece is being shipped to me with out any problems. Thanks Innovo !!
