Well for $450 I ordered it being a seamstress took my current measurements ordered it accordingly didn't work it came too big didn't touch my skin and having owned a TENS unit for my arm I understand how it works I read the instruction book didn't work only one of the electrodes touched so I knew it wasn't going to work I shipped it off to a friend that's a little bit larger but it wasn't large enough for her so I found it to be a total waste of my money your replacement sprays and stuff are a little on the pricey side but I'm getting the same results using my TENS unit and just placing it in different places for a few minutes and with the TENS unit I can move around

Customer service is unresponsive

I have already had the stress incontinence surgery done 14 years ago with stellar results. However at my age now (62) I have more urge incontinence issues that my urologist says cannot be fixed by surgery. I had high hopes for this product. I saw that target strength is 70 and I tried to get there after 5 sessions. It totally fried my sciatic nerve on my left side. I called the customer service # and was told to go more slowly to reach the target intensity. I rested for 3 weeks and did some PT to relieve my sciatic pain. Finally I started again with getting up to 60 at most. Left side sciatic is hurting again. I am totally frustrated with this experience.!!

Initially it wasn't a good experience as there was so much pain in one area of my left thigh. (Tendonitis) However l decided to try it again and was able to get to my target intensity without the severe pain. (Maybe that electrical pulse healed that area?) I'm omly 4days in and am up to level 65. Of course l need more time to learn of its effectiveness. Customer service was very helpful when l had that painfull reaction.

Didn't work as expected and customer service ignored two emails asking for a refund and representative that was reached in the phone failed to sent an email with a RT number as promised.

Excellent fast service and easy to use website. Still doing the 12 week programme and seeing good results already. Go for the smaller sized pants as they do stretch and you need a tight fit to get good contact for the thing to work.

Pair of shorts did not work anymore and I made a phone call to Innovo and received a new pair of shorts right away……works wonderfully

So far I’ve had a very good experience. I’ve only used the device 5 times but can already feel some improvement.
