I have had a little difficulty with my innovo. Vi called once, and they suggested I check the connections. I did, and it worked that time. The error showed again and I couldn’t correct the problem as before. I just gave up. I’ll try again. But have had trouble with consistent use.

After my first week I called to get some questions answered. My call went straight through and Emma helped me very quickly. She was very friendly and helpful. All my questions were answered and it gave me more confidence in the product.

I had trouble getting the unit to turn on (user error, I didn't have cables connected firmly enough). I called customer service, and expected the typical terrible experience, but was pleasantly surprised. I got through to a real person immediately, and she clearly and patiently explained how to fix the problem.

All all I can right now is that after a week of sessions I can see a marked difference. More later.

A Customer Care Representative got back to me very quickly and addressed my questions and concerns. I was highly impressed with my customer service experience.

Well, that was a(n expensive) waste. Got it, worked great for~8 weeks and I did notice some improvement (like not peeing when I sneezed) but then (literally) ZAP! and the shorts shorted. The CS agent I reached accused me of using it incorrectly, so it was my fault. I'd explained how I fastidiously followed the instrux but whatever. The 3rd CS agent was great, talked me through it, and sent me a replacement pair of shorts. Those worked for, seriously, <1 week, gave out with a *very* painful zap on my right buttock. Called again and was, again, told it was my fault; my husband was in the room with me, overheard the agent, and indignantly said that I "[am] following the guide perfectly!" So I called again and was treated suspiciously and only once I could prove I mailed back the faulty shorts were the third pair sent out to me. The very first time I used them they, again, painfully zapped my right buttock and ... I am so frustrated. Three pairs of faulty shorts within four moths. This is nuts. Out of all the contacts I've had with CS only ONE was kind, only ONE did not treat me as if I were guilty of -- what? Being duped into spending a small fortune to be repeatedly, painfully zapped and accused of negligence.

Mine worked well for about 2 months and now I keep getting error messages. I also never noticed a difference in the leakage I experience.

I spent $350 and 5 months later. I am no better than I was on day one. It's very disappointing. The first two pairs of shorts kept shocking me so they sent me their first generation pads. Even those have not helped. I guess it's just disappointing to spend that much money thinking you were going to be part of the 87% that say it worked for them. Many of these reviews say it did not work for them. I am part of that group. Just wish there were a 6-month money back guarantee.
