Seems to be making my pain worse and the urge to urinate more.

Well I've only been using it for a week and a half so no results yet. It's weird feeling for sure and a little uncomfortable at first.

I experienced improvement the very first week! I wasn't really expecting progress for a month or so but I already find myself having little difficulty making it the bathroom in time!

I must complete the 12-week period of use before I can honestly say it has helped me. So far using the product was easy the instructions are explicit.

I really like the customer service. I had some questions prior to purchasing and they were answered really well. I really like the product, and I am starting to notice an improvement. It has only been a week since starting them and the improvement is very small, but there is improvement. I only gave 4 stars for the simple fact that it gives you a recommended therapeutic level, and when you reach it there is no information on if you can go up or not, and when I asked about it I was told that I could increase it, but its not supposed to hurt, and then there was all this information on how it should feel. I never felt pain, and at the lower levels I never felt it in my pelvic floor and I didn't feel until higher levels so I still am not sure if I am doing anything wrong or right but so far everything is going well so far.

I first received my equipment was 11/29 and the shorts that was sent to me was too big. I called and have it replaced and it arrived 12/5. I could not get it to work at first, so I called the help line and was able to fix the problem. So far its been working great! If I have some questions, the customer service line was very helpful.
