Claire in customer service made my experience GREAT! When my Innovo package arrived the hip size was accurate but the legs of the shorts were bigger than my thighs. The surface of some of the electrodes did not stay in contact with my skin. The controller would send an error message and stop working. I gave a 4 star rating because "Ray" in customer service sent me a list of questions before he could help exchange the size. When I had collected all the information "Ray" requested I called customer service again. Claire answered and quickly assured me she would send a smaller size. No hassles, no interrogation. Just excellent customer service!

It really does work. After two weeks, there is a marked improvement in my urge incontinence. (I had stress incontinence fixed surgically several years ago.) I am surprised and impressed. My only concern is a bit of irritation, which I am treating with a steroid cream. It's not bad and I would rather have that than incontinence. It's sort of like the irritation that you get from cycling without cycling shorts.

Started using the Innovo shorts about a week ago. I definitely can already feel a difference in the muscle control of my pelvic floor. One thing that I feel I must mention is that I started my period after 18 days from my previous cycle. I can usually set a clock to my personal cycle so you can imagine my surprise starting earlier than expected. I feel that it’s possible the Innovo system triggered my cycle to come early. I don’t recall reading any one else’s testimony that mentioned this could happen. Just be aware that it could affect the uterus to shed early.

I was looking forward to using your product. When I received it, I tried on the shorts as described. The main upper part of the shorts fit, but when I tried to start the electronic part it wouldn't do it because for the lack of connection to the leg portion. The leg portion was too big and didn't connect to my skin. I returned the entire set up to you. I hope that you notified the company that was to bill me and told them not to charge me as I returned the whole unit.

I have been using for about 3 weeks. I do think it’s helping some 🤞 The fit was not quite right for me and the customer support was great.

As far as the buying experience is concerned, the agents with whom I spoke made it very clear that this device is for stress incontinence. The person with whom I spoke answered all of my questions clearly. I am sorry I don't remember when I talked with the company, but it was just a few minutes before I made my purchase.

Great customer service, very efficient, very knowledgeable, and very kind.
