Was happy with shorts for 1st week but then started having issues with errors coming up. Contacted innovo who were attentive at first but then stopped answering emails and i had to keep teminding them about my issue. Continued to try snd use shorts but could not then get them to work at all even standing up. After gettig no reply again from customer service and as i bought via amazon i returned them as faulty through them and eventually received a refund in full

Customer service from this company is really poor. I was very unhappy with my shorts the first time I used them as the 'pads' on my pair of shorts work at different strengths. If I go over 50, the pad that touches my left buttock really hurts and leaves red weals. The pad on the right buttock is absolutely fine. Their response/advice was to use more of the spray and/or try a lower number. After 3 weeks of complaining to Innovo, they finally sent me a medical form to complete. Innovo gave me some condescending story that because it is a 'medical device', I had to complete the medical report, and my doctor then had to sign two sections before Innovo would do anything about my shorts. (I am convinced that the shorts are simply faulty and need to be exchanged. I'm not even asking for a refund, just a replacement.) Anyway, I couldn't get a doctor's appointment for a minor issue for 3 weeks and so even though I shouldn't, I've given up, which will make Innovo ecstatic. (I bought the product after seeing it on Ideal World, but was directed to Innovo to make my purchase. Due to this, Ideal World's return policy doesn't apply - so beware.) I occasionally try to use the shorts (I did spend £250...), at 50 (no where near the recommended 75). I have worked out that if I place external pressure (from my hand) on the pad on the left buttock for the whole of the 30 minutes, I can tolerate the discomfort. I have no idea why this makes the equipment bearable... Do not buy this product unless you can afford to waste £250 because if like mine, it is potentially faulty, you will not get any satisfaction.

Very speedy delivery, easy to understand instructions; easy to access website... All good so far

Powerful machine - used 9 times so far - up to level 52. Noticed a slight difference after 3 uses.Very hopeful for extended use.

Kit arrived on Weds having ordered on Saturday. Didnt use set up video as instructions provided were sufficient. Had a query as to wether I should have ordered one size smaller so phoned cust services and was told to try using them and call them back next day. Their advice was spot on. I'm very impatient and the first time I used them I felt faint after 10 mins so I asked about that as well. Turned out I had the intensity way to high, so again took their advice to start low and gradually work my way up. Looking forward to seeing the results in a few weeks

Only been using the product for two weeks but it seems to be having an effect already

worked at first but after 6 weeks of use all I was getting was shocks and error messages so I gave up using it, I wish I had read these reviews before buying it, terrible product pure waste of money.

Easy to order. Arrived in two days. Easy to set up.
