Produit de mauvaise qualité
Produit de mauvaise qualité. Premier échange du short au bout de cinq semaines. Quinze jours avant de recevoir un short en remplacement après plusieurs appels telephoniques donc tout à reprendre à zéro. Cinq semaines après, short à nouveau défectueux et obligée de rappeler deux fois (à une semaine d'intervalle) pour obtenir un nouvel envoi. A ce jour, je n'ai rien reçu et donc tout à reprendre à zéro une nouvelle fois.
A ce jour, je ne peux que déconseiller ce produit.
Je reviendrai sur cet avis au cas où ce troisième short permettrait le traitement indispensable de 12 semaines mais j'en doute.

Nous sommes désolé d'apprendre que vous avez rencontré une série de problèmes avec INNOVO. Nous regrettons sincèrement cette série d’incidents parfois indépendant de notre volonté. La persévérance est la clé, tout comme le renouvellement des exercice dans le but de remuscler son périnée. Cela peut être frustrant, mais n’abandonnez pas l’usage d’INNOVO, car in fine cela pourra aider à résoudre le problème d’incontinence. INNOVO est la seule solution externe de rééducation à domicile.

I think INNOVO need to sort out their…
I think INNOVO need to sort out their sizing for the shorts and possibly provide more than just a waist size but also a leg and bum size.
I am narrow on the hips and found it difficult with the sizing, we did the recommended measure and I came in at a size 5, however when the shorts arrived they were very baggy around the bum and leg area.
To be fair to the company when I phoned they did exchange for a smaller size, but when they arrived they were a Medium, what are the sizes 1-5 or S,M and L?

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, we are sorry that you have had trouble finding the correct INNOVO size for you. To determine the perfect fit, it is required that you take a low hip measurement, rather than a waist measurement. Our sizing structure is unique to the INNOVO, this is due to the importance of using the correct size. As for replacement sizes, the size you receive is dependent on the measurements that you provide for your low hip region.
