Easy to use and good phone support
Was a bit unsure if I’d set it up right first but had a conversation with a member of the team and it seems really good although too early to say how successful the treatment might be

Arrived on time and works exactly as…
Arrived on time and works exactly as stated. Instructions are easy to follow. Still early days as far as treatment is concerned, but will give update after the 12 week treatment period.

74 times: a little improvement
First pair used 30 times and then always had issues with a single sensor. INNOVO replaced shorts. Amanda (Ireland) was a wonderful contact. New pair of shorts have worked 43 times with no issue. As for effectiveness of shorts; a little improvement. I have used the shorts a total of 73 times. The last 43 times was always used at level 90. Based on my results I would not recommend to others. I will continue to use because I have seen at least a little improvement and already have the shorts. If there was any alternative, I would try the alternative. I feel better knowing that I am trying something.

We usually recommend at least 12 weeks of treatment, with 5 treatment sessions a week for best results, but this can vary for different people for a number of reasons. Really pleased with my experience of…
Really pleased with my experience of Innovo so far. Dealing with the very professional customer care team has been a pleasure. They have been attentive to my needs in a caring and patient manner. Limited use and early days for the shorts, so I will review the efficacy of the product a little further down the line. So far, so good.

Still haven’t received it so can’t review new shorts !
Still haven’t received it. Shipping said 2-3 working days, it’s now been 8 and I flew back to the USA Today so will totally miss the parcel. Why they can’t ship all products straight to America so I don’t have this hassle every year is beyond me!

I wasn’t sure if I was using it…
I wasn’t sure if I was using it correctly. Turns out I had it too high for a beginner, 90! It was really uncomfortable. Apparently I should be on 50, whoops. I’m going to try again

Dear Glen, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. Yes as a beginner you should increase the level of intensity gradually, this gives you time to become accustomed to the sensation. With time, you should find that you are better able to tolerate higher intensities and you can start building up to the recommended level. It is important to experience a pelvic floor contraction to benefit from the therapy. You should aim to use INNOVO at the strongest intensity you can comfortably tolerate.
