Hi Jill, Thank you for leaving a review, I am sorry that you are experiencing issues with your INNOVO. I have looked into your customer details and I can see that you had contacted us, and at the time the shorts were still working. We usually advise customers to continue using their shorts if they are slightly large but still working, however now that you are starting to receive errors I would advise that you probably need a smaller size.
