Hi Jacqui, Thank you for your review, we love hearing from our customers, and we are really glad that you are getting on so well with your INNOVO already. If you are finding it difficult to stand for the full 30 minutes, I would recommend that you could try the other two lying / sitting positions explained on your Quick Start guide and the Instruction Manual, or alternatively you could split up the 30 minute session by doing 2 x 15 minute sessions or 3 x 10 minute sessions.
