Having read the reviews for Innovo I decided to try them. The first pair of shorts keeping cutting out and I only managed to get up to 50 which I don't think was strong enough for my weak bladder. I kept going for 10 weeks and to be honest didn't see a result. I contacted customer service. They were excellent. They told me to return the shorts and sent me a new pair. The new shorts seem much better. I'm only on my second week but I've managed to get up to 70. I will let you know after 12 weeks if they have worked for me.

Initialy i had problems with my product, -Innovo were excellent ,nothing was a problem -changing the garment (pants) twice to obtain a better fit -when this was,nt successful ,they replaced the whole product for the ,-- dual wrap garment generation 1 version.- I cannot praise the patience and understanding of the agents (especially "Elen" ) who diligently solved the problem by their willingless to listen to my complaints I would recommend "Innovo" to anyone seeking to solve their incontinence problems
