Great Service..... my Innovo pack arrived promptly. Despite following the measuring guide I felt that the shorts were too loose around my legs and requested an exchange. I have spoken to two customer service advisors both of whom were friendly, polite and very helpful. An exchange is now being organised and to date I am very impressed with customer care. As yet I cannot comment on how the product works but it is packed and presented well and looks like a quality product. Thank you.
