I purchased the Innovo shorts back in September 2019 via Ideal World. At the end of the recommended trial of 12 weeks where it stated that 87% would see results, I contacted Innovo and informed them that it hadn't made any difference to my problem. They recommended that I continue to use, and to use programme 1 and 2 together as I was only using programme 2 as recommended by them due to my symptoms described on their programme which are the symptoms that I was experiencing. I tried again but to no avail, and contacted Innovo again. They told me that I need to keep trying. I felt at this point they were trying to fob me off so I requested a refund and was told that I wouldn't get it because it works on everyone else and that they could only refund me within 14 day period if you haven't used it and it is still in the box., How do you know if it works if you dont try it? if they state that some may see a difference in 12 weeks. They suggest you try it out for 12 weeks but them will not allow you to return it and get a ferund How can they say that it works for everyone when their survey showed: · 80% of users saw a significant reduction in leaks after just 4 weeks1 · 87% were defined as dry or almost dry after 12 weeks2 · 90% of users would recommend the therapy to others · This does not state 100% guaranteed success rate so I am paying nearly £300 for a product that doesn't work for me as I am obviously in that 13% bracket. I also informed them that as my condition still continued I booked an appointment with my GP who said that the condition I have, this product wouldn't make a difference. Even though Innovo said it would. The GP made a referral to a Gynaecologist, which I told Innovo about and they said that if the Gynaecologist states the same then I must get a letter of proof and send it to them and they would look at it. Well the Gynaecologist said exactly the same as the GP, so as instructed I sent them another email to customer care (that's a joke to call it that!) They lady that I spoke to has obviously been programmed to answer from a script that ensures Innovo takes no responsibility and makes every attempt to prevent returns. They replied with: Unfortunately, as you are out of the cooling off period you would not be entitled to a refund. The INNOVO product is designed for people who suffer from stress and urge incontinence. If the product did not work for you there usually is an underline issue which she you would need to check with her doctor. A clinical study found that: 93% of users saw a significant improvement after 4 weeks 86% of users saw were defined as dry or near dry after 12 weeks We are sorry about this and thank you for your understanding in this matter. I replied that there was no understanding as I now have a product that I have paid nearly £300 for that doesn't work for me. I would hope Innovo would reply to my review.

Ce short est parfait pour travailler en profondeur et avec endurance le périnée. Il stimule et renforce le travail musculaire au delà de ce que j'obtenais par la seule force de ma volonté en travaillant avec une sonde connectée. Après 3 semaines d'utilisation quotidienne je peux constater que le résultat est déjà là ! Les plus : - pris en charge par la Sécurité Sociale - non intrusif, pas de fatigue d'effort - aucune douleur - possibilité de profiter de ce temps pour lire, visionner vidéo etc. - les services commerciaux et SAV sont très pro, performants, réactifs et d'une amabilité parfaite, que ce soit par chat, mail ou téléphone. Les moins : j'en ai pas trouvé. Bien sûr je recommande ce produit !
