Having been diagnosed with Prostrate Cancer in 2018 and had a subsequent removal of my prostrate in Nov 18 I was made aware of the fact that an unfortunate side effect of my procedure would be incontinence. I started the year of with a catheter in place and on its removal I had to use incontinence pads. My health professionals made it quite clear to me that it could take up to 2 years for me to be dry again but emphasised the importance of pelvic floor exercises. A friend who also suffered from the condition recommended INNOVO. I hadn't heard of INNOVO at this time but by now I was really frustrated with my condition so I decided to try it. The INNOVO shorts arrived and I began the procedure but within a week they developed a fault. I contacted INNOVO Customer Services and after I explained the problem they promised to replace the shorts. As soon as I dispatched the faulty item a replacement was received within the next couple of days. Worth mentioning that the Shorts were replaced with INNOVO first generation which are 2 single leg attachments. However I was more interested in results, not fashion. Have to give INNOVO Customer Services 10 our of 10 for service. I am now almost at the end of my 12 week session. Has there been an improvement in my condition, yes definitely. Was it solely as a result of INNOVO, well I cant honestly say yes or no to that question as I dont know what my condition would have been like if I hadn't used INNOVO and relied solely on my own pelvic floor exercises I find the exercises offered on the App are of great benefit. I am still not completely dry but am a million miles from where I was a few short weeks ago. Was INNOVO beneficial, Notwithstanding what I said above, I will say that INNOVO have helped me a great deal and would recommend them.

Fast arriving of the parcel. Good Trainings and handling. But only one set of gel pads for ca 60 days is inside. Correctur: I could order an additional set of gel pads with a good price, so I´m sure that I could to reach the frist 120 days with my innovo-apparatus (and after that to go on with lower frequenzy). The apperatus itself (control modul and cabling) is very good quality.

Really disappointed with this product. It took me a couple of try 's to get it to work then I could only feel the sensation in my buttocks and not elsewhere as stated in the video.I got it to work eventually on the next five days but since them all I get is the error message.I have tried all the suggested solutions but nothing helps.

It took me a good few months to decide on these pants, I even e-mailed them, they got back to me straight away. There where on tv the other week and the information was spot on, I ordered a pair size 6 unfortunately I'm border line between 5 & 6, and a bit big on the legs so I contacted them, I was surprised when I was told to try them and if not satisfied I could send them back and get the size down.

Its early days as only 4 days in but the buying and delivery of the product has all gone seamlessly & i really do feel at this early stage that im sure that INNOVO could be the answer to my problem .

I had the wrap type Innovo which was good but fiddly. These shorts are the bees knees! While struggling with the wraps I had thought something like the shorts would be a good idea. I am delighted someone else had the same idea! Highly recommended 🙂
