I'm a mum of 4 including twins. It was getting to the point where I couldn't even walk around my house without peeing 😭 I bought the Innovo and it was delivered within 3 days! I have also cut out caffeine. I've used it for 4 sessions I think and already I managed a whole workout with running and jumping without peeing myself. Happy days. Thank you Innovo 🙏

I think this equipment is very expensive for what it is. I've been using it almost every day for a week and have felt absolutely no difference. Maybe it's too soon and my expectations are too high or I'm doing it wrong though I can't see how, but it feels that only the two pads on the buttocks out of the total of eight are making any kind of impact and this is at its fullest strength. I have since been advised that Programme 1 provides the full pelvic effect whereas Programme 2 does focus more on the buttock area. I will persevere however as, to be fair, I've only been using it for a week and it was far too expensive to cast aside, and hopefully I will feel the benefit as time goes on.

Hi Lin, Thank you for your review. You're still very early in your use of INNOVO, we recommend using INNOVO 5 times per week for 12 week to achieve best results. It also sounds like you are using Programme 2, which only activates the two pads on the buttocks, rather than Programme 1, which will give you a full contraction of the pelvic floor. Even tho I've ordered correct size as per chart had to take in shorts for contact on skin Other than not fitting correctly works ok . No problems using let's hope it works
