I have serious back problems and awaiting surgery. My bladder was getting weaker and weaker because the coccyx is moving inward. I have scoliosis. Honestly this is really helping!

Customer service is amazing! I order the wrong size and they sent me the correct size no additional charge. The representative are so kind and patient. I haven't really used the pants as of yet so I can't give a review on that.

Fantastic product I haven't been using the shorts for long But can feel some benefit I hope that I continue to get better and better I would recommend them

Pants are very snug on hips but far too tight on waist - I find it rolls down a little which is acceptable. Having previously been under the hospital - it is far preferable than inserting a METAL PENDANT which is messy and far too invasive for long term treatment. First time, so too soon to talk about results - will follow 12 week plan - watch this space! Managed setting 52 - don't know if that's good or not (90 is top setting)

The package was delivered to the wrong house, and I've had to call three times to check in for an update. It was initially requested that I go to the apartment where it was delivered and ask to retrieve it. That's not the type of neighborhood I live in--particularly in this time of COVID-19. I declined, and requested that it be handled through FEDEX. Yesterday I was told that the problem was bumped up to a supervisor--nine days after my first call. The three customer service reps that I spoke with were all lovely, but it doesn't seem as if much as been done to resolve the problem. I'd love to be able to update my review when I'm able to receive and use the product.
