I HATE using INNOVO. I have trouble almost daily with # 1 and # 5, the ones on the front of the thigh. Also the first 10 minutes are really uncomfortable using the pressure at 58 for my size 7 pants. Also sometimes there are unexpected sensations from some of the pads which contribute to the dis-comfort. I only use the pants because the prospect of having incontinence all the time is a worse situation. I can't wait to be finished.

I ordered my Innova starter pack and when it it came I discovered the shorts two sizes to big when I rang customer service they were so understanding and sent me the right size within a few days I have now started the program and am very pleased I would recommend it to anyone thank you for your excellent service

I have used the mark one version of Innovo and now using the Innovo pants. The pants are much easier to use, faster, more efficient as you know you have the pads in the right place. The negative is that if you move sightly whilst in treatment the next contraction is horrendously painful; I am assuming this is because the pads lose contact. Also, generally it is more painful and where I could happily get to 70 on the mark one, I struggle to get past 60-70. No doubt it works though. I am 12 weeks in and no leaks and can hold on for the toilet if I need to. Now have to do maintenance, which I didn't do before as I broke the habit. PS generally it is a soothing calm end to my working day, watching the IPAD laying on the bed.

I bless the day i found Innov. My decision has turned into a long term investment. Will always be grateful. Staff always helpful

It is too early for me to write a review. I'm just in the beginning with my treatment. The customer service is OK, but I sometimes have trouble operating my equipment. I have learned to be patient, it works at the end. Concerning the problem itself; I see some improvement, it depends on days, what I ate or drank that day. Once I obtained the right size and worked out why it wasn’t working it’s fine. There needs to be much clearer information regarding sizing. I bought a 5 and only needed a 2. Unfortunately I set them up to use before I realised this and because I had put the spray on them I could not swap for another size. This meant I had to buy another pair of shorts so that I hadn’t wasted the money I had already spent.

It feels like im being stabbed in my butt before any actual muscle contractions happen. I've tried to add more spray and adjust the short so much I got frustrated and quit using them. I bought them to try to avoid PT but it was a total waste of a huge chunk of my money.

I had problems with my first pair of shorts, which seemed to be from the fabric stretching after 3 x months of use. Two phone calls to the firm, both dealt with thoroughly professionally, and I now have a new, smaller pair, which are working brilliantly. many thanks!
