Can’t fault the fast efficient service

I have only just started using my INNOVO and have completed five sessions. So far the equipment has worked exactly as described and I feel very comfortable with the shorts. I Have reached Level 62 And hope to gradually increase this further as I continue to use the shorts. So far I have not seen any improvement in my condition but feel it is too early in the treatment to expect any change yet.

The service from Innovo is excellent, friendly but professional and non judgemental. The quality of the products are excellent and they are easy to use and to maintain. The products work exactly as they say they will and you see results very quickly. When ordering additional spray they arrive quickly and in good condition. Would highly recommend.

Excellent customer service

I have been very happy with the service and the product. There was a problem with the courier used, but Innovo were quick to start investigations to make sure I got my delivery. After using for only two days, I’m already beginning to feel an improvement, so I would happily recommend this to other women.

So far so good!! Had a problem with the size I ordered for my shorts and I contacted innovo customers service and they were so nice and sent me out a larger pair immediately. So I am only on day 4 but things are off to a good start.. I really think this is going to help as my pelvic floor is very weak and tried therapy with no results as I had trouble locating my pelvic floor muscles.So I am very excited and hope to see some results in the couple of weeks!

Pleased with delivery which was very quick, packaged beautifully. Comprehensive user guide and quick start guide made it easy to get up and started. Able to tolerate very strong contractions around bottom and pelvic area although too early to see any improvement at this time. Updated after 4 weeks use: So pleased so far 4weeks in and down to just one normal pad a day. Used to use around 5/6. Walk for an hour each day and would have to use extra large pads and arrive home soaked, put a fresh standard pad on each morning and hardly a dribble when I change for bed. Hoping that the remaining 8 weeks see further improvement and I can be dry for the first time in around 35 years.
