At this particular time I can only rate Innovo’s Customer Service as I have only recently purchased Innovo Starter Pack. Therefore I cannot review the item as of yet. But I will do after the recommended 12 week period.

Overall brilliant service, but unfortunately the shorts were not included in my original package. It was an error but was sorted very efficiently and with apology and also with an extra bottle of spray to compensate me.
