Excellent service and value

Good product but the measuring of the shorts is it accurate enough

Just started with the product. But from ordering to shipping I got the product immediately. I probably should have ordered one size smaller as suggested but wasn’t sure. Product is working as described. Can’t wait to see results!

Your delivery was very quick. Although I measured carefully the shorts were very baggy and I was worried they were too large. I contacted your customer service department who were very helpful. They have made a note that they’ve advised me to try them out first. If I have any problems they have reassured me they will send a smaller size. Planning to try them out tonight. Very reassuring and helpful.

Bonjour, j’ai acheté le shorty innovo, après avoir fait 3 semaines de séances je l’ai bien stocké dans l’armoire. Quand j’ai voulu refaire des séances il ne se connecte plus et se met en alarme ( erreur de connection des électrodes ) comme il A plus de 6 mois aucun échange possible Ca me fait cher les 3 semaines. Le service après vente me propose d’en acheter un autre. Les 1ères cuissardes sont moins pratiques mais plus solides En résumé je suis très déçue du produit et ne le conseille pas

I would like to be able to rate this product but haven't received it yet. All I have receive is numerous emails about using it, they said it had been shipped, when it hadn't. and wanting reviews on something I haven't received.

This product was a very expensive mistake, I have used it for 14 weeks and it has made not a jot of difference to my bladder it's as bad as ever. I found it quite uncomfortable and at times quite painful to use even though I used far more spray than they recommend. What you have to take into account is that apart from the initial outlay for the shorts the conductive spray is another £15.00 per bottle which would be worth it if it worked but for me sadly it did nothing. As far as customer service they were excellent everybody I spoke to was very helpful and pleasant.
