Another addendum to my previous reviews. I am now on week 3 of my fourth pair of shorts. I have only positive things to say about the Innovo customer service representatives. Each time that I have contacted them with my concerns, they have been nothing but friendly and helpful. I truly believe that the treatments have helped my bladder leakage. Hopefully, I will now be able to complete my 12 week initial schedule without any further interruptions.

Excellent product which does do what it should, however, incorrect sizing can lead to issues. For example, I ended up stretching the electrodes which damaged them. However, Innovo's customer service was excellent and, their customer advisor, Elise, was able to troubleshoot and resolve the issue very quickly, offering alternative solutions such as a bigger size or the gen. 1 model instead of the shorts as these are better if you are in-between sizes. This advice was accompanied by an offer of a discounted price for a new pair as the 6 month warranty period had expired.

Was very disappointed did not get the results that I was expecting, after using it for 14 weeks, 5 days a week did not notice any difference what so ever . Not a good buy for me , feel as though I have wasted my money

I think the INNOVO is a good conception. I have a lot of trouble getting the connection going without error messages. Sometimes I just have to give up. Also, I notice some small cracks in the pad area. Tiny 1/8 inch slashes. I am disappointed because for the cost, the product should last longer than 6 weeks. If these 2 problems are corrected, I would be in love with the product. I really think it would work. Too much frustration at this point.

When I had to contact customer services for a sizing query they answered quickly. They were really helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. The product itself is fantastic and exactly as it was described.

The first pair I ordered was to big on my legs and innovo was great as they are sending me the next size down witch is a great service with no problems so thank you
