Had been deliberating for some months whether or not to try Innovo as obviously not a cheap option. However website was very encouraging with plenty of advice and information so decided to go for it. Within three days the box arrived on my doorstep. Full clear instructions, little bit too early to comment on results although strangely I do think I am a little less "leaky" already!!

Was having trouble with shorts. Initially spoke to advisor who suggested some ideas. These did not work, so spoke to advisor again. Advised to buy new shorts. Slightly cross that I had bought these and then not used them for a few months, and then they had run out of their warranty. After all once they have been used for the initial 3 months you then are advised to carry on using them for the future a couple of times a week. Feel they should last longer before developing a fault. However they did give me a discount code, and always very helpful on phone.

I really liked it and it was working well, but now the shorts no longer work. I'm getting the electrode detection function and nothing I've tried worked. Till this happened, I was real pleased with it.

exceptionally poor quality lasted 5 days then started to cause electric shocks the shorts initially were to big which they swapped however after 4 days they became very loose and stretched despite only using for 4 days customer service leaves a lot to be desired tried to blame myself for getting the shocks as apparently im allergic to the shorts ??

I am two weeks in using this. I started at about level 25 and and am now at my target level. How I did this was to increase slowly every three minutes. Currently now I start at level 35 and increase in every two minutes until I reach my target. I am now able to sleep through the night without having to get up to pee. Before Innovo I would get up on average of two times each night. I can't wait to see how much more improvement I will see in the next two weeks.👍

The only fault was the fact that my order could not be delivered first time so the second time I redirected it to my neighbour. In fact it would have gone through the letter box, so what was that all about?

I am on week 3 of Innova. I am not sure it is providing the results I was hoping for. I will keep trying and see how it goes.

The shorts were too big and I needed a size down. I contacted them and they quickly sent a smaller size.
