Got a smaller pair of shorts to me pronto. All working well now. Only 2 weeks in. Hope they help me with strengthening my pelvic floor!

I bought Innovo shorts last July - they worked well initially but as time progressed I was met with shocks and error codes. I didn’t use the shorts very often but when I needed them they were unreliable and eventually stopped working. I contacted Innovo but have been told they are out of the 6 month warranty warranty. I was advised that the problem is a sizing issue and if I wanted another pair they’d give me a 20% discount? I have paid £160 for a few electric shocks and a handful of successful uses. I have read other Reviews and this seems a common theme. It appears that the customer is blamed for the sizing issues whereas the shorts appear to sag over time and, are therefore, not fit for purpose and covered by the 2015 consumer Rights Act, even if the warranty has expired. I don’t recommend this product or the company because of their appalling customer service. Considering the customers are buying the product because of a distressing problem - it is a shame the company appears to have no empathy with their customers who have paid a lot of money for a shoddy product. As from 26 FEBRUARY 2021 . I am in contact with Innovo - I had to remind Innovo of The 2015 Consumer rights act when they asked if I wanted to buy another pair of shorts and again when they offered the Generation 1 option. After I asked them not to ask me to buy any more of their devices and reminded them of my Statutory rights they conceded to offer me a replacement of a larger size. They have stated that my “cooling off” period has expired so I am not entitled to a discount and as the item is covered by the 2015 Consumer rights Act , I have disputed this. Time will tell if the new shorts work - so watch this space. I feel this company is quite happy to get money from the customer but not happy to offer any reimbursement when owed.

Hi I have ordered a set of pads from innovo on the first of January 2021 it’s now the 21 of February and still not received my pads. I have sent several emails and have gotten several excuses ranging from. It’s all brexit fault to the carrier the company use has lost the parcel I am so disappointed with the way I have been fobbed I will never order from this company again and now just want my money back. I had such high hopes for Innovo but alas... My first pair of shorts was too big around the thighs even after measuring to their charts...and they were causing tiny shocks and red marks. I contacted customer service who had me send pictures and then decided I had the wrong size. Sent those back and received a size smaller...which were faulty...so returned those and was on week 5 of third pair when the controller (after charging) started indicating a problem with #3 sensor...nothing that the troubleshooting part of the booklet stated helped with the issue...so back to customer service...they wanted to call and walk me through the operation, then send another pair of shorts...#4 (why do they malfunction so quickly?)....I am thoroughly discouraged and disgusted that a product can't even last 6 months without replacing many pieces...and at that high a price tag, not willing to continue. Wasted many dollars...wish I'd read online reviews before buying.

Arrived promptly. Strong, comfortable fit. Too early to review the effectiveness but been happy so far. I have been using it for 2 weeks. I would have liked to be able to walk around in my shorts whilst it’s on but lying or standing still is the only option. It does take half an hour so to stand still for that duration can be difficult. So lying is my preference. I would recommend this product so far into my journey. Will let you know when my remaining 10 weeks are up. Wish me luck

I've only been using innovo for about 2 weeks, so it's still to early to say this is a terrific product. I have seem some improvement, but it has by no means fixed my problem....yet. I am hopeful that with time and consistent usage it will continue to improve. I have to say that I think the sizing on the shorts is a little off. I ordered a size six and could have easily ordered a size smaller. Make sure you position the pads in the rear as indicated or you may get a little unwelcome sensation on the back of your legs.

Very helpful team - communicated well and kept me informed of the order. The order arrived on time as promised. The product seems of good quality but it is too early for me to review the results and success of the product.
