I am so happy with my Gardyn - I can't recommend it more!

I’m a big app user and the idea of working with an app and hydroponics was appealing. This system not only is aesthetically pleasing but fun. I wanted to do an app transaction and ran into a glitch. I communicated that to the Team and they were responsive and quickly fixed it. It’s nice to know you guys have our back. Please keep having the FB livestreams, they’re very helpful. Everyone that comes home always says, “Oh wow…”

This is my first experience with an indoor garden, it's awesome. I love it and have zero issues!

The functionalities don't really work, or not consistently. The water sensor is useless, always telling me the tank is empty at random times, and although the app advertises time-lapse, it always says this is not available when I try to view it. Not sure if it's a pilot feature, but there is no explanation or indication of if and when it would be available. Some of my plants have not sprouted either, and I think there should be a mechanism to get a replacement pod in your next delivery if that happens.

There is a lot of things that come up that I hadn’t thought about such as how to know what the water level is and what water level I should keep the system at. Keeping plants trimmed so my leaves aren’t bitter and stressed. Thank heavens for the advice of the expert Gardyners. They didn’t treat me like an idiot and gave me simple doable answers!

I absolutely love my indoor Gardyn. Easy to maintain and so fun to watch your plants grow. Everything I have planted has been very tasty. I'd recommend this to any family.

Very easy to use. Makes going plants fun
