Dale was highly professional and knowledgeable. She took the time to explain how the app, membership, monthly membership credits, yCubes and yCube identification by Kelby works. She was very engaging and I could tell she enjoyed sharing her Gardyn knowledge and was very patience with me. She walked me through a plant food order on the app too! I will recommend Gardyn to my friends as the product is “high” quality and interaction with staff was excellent!

Just received my gardyn, I paid for several items that they did not deliver to include the trellis, the hydroboost and the plant belts, I also paid for the year subscription but the app won't connect. Tried to call someone but they do not allow you to contact customer support by phone, this is telling me that they do not support their customers. I am really disappointed and I am really thinking about returning this item to get my money back.

Extremely easy to set up. The app is AMAZING. It tells you exactly where to place your plants and monitors it all. I've never seen an easier grow set up. I can't wait to start eating what I grow!

My Gardyn was out of warranty when it started to malfunction. After a thorough, courteous, and quick response from customer service, it was determined my lid had corrosion. Being that I had not required any replacement parts, despite being out of warranty, Gardyn was quick to honor a replacement lid at no charge as well as additional credits for the plants I have lost in the meantime! This was completely unexpected and very much welcomed! This was my first and only issue with my Gardyn at 3 years of age! And the customer service response was wonderful! Thank you!!!

Nothing short of amazing. I didn't even realize there was a problem with my gardyn. We were at the end of the growth cycle and I was about to take everything out, so a little wilting of the scraggly bolted plants didn't make much of an impression. But behind the scenes and unbeknownst to me, Gardyn, knowing the earlier version 3.0s were having issues with the housing of the pumps power connection, had been keeping an eye on my pump's performance, and it was failing. *They* reached out to *me* to tell me my pump wasn't working right, gave me all the steps to troubleshoot and info/pictures they needed, and once I went through the steps replaced the entire lid free of charge. They were even willing to replace the plants if they didn't make it, but my plants were done anyway. Then when a small connector broke during reinstallation, they sent that too. Because I was right about to take it all down and start a successive planting beginning in my nursery, I wouldn't have even noticed the pump had failed for several weeks as I don't put them in the uprights until they're ready for full dose feedings. I would have given 5 stars for their willingness to provide the redesigned lid free of charge when needed, but the fact that they reached out to let me know I needed it, offered plants, and replaced the small part too?! Can I give 6?

Good so far, check back in a few months. The experience is yet to be had.
