Stellar - so happy with the function and simplicity - GREEN is the new black(grin:)

The hardware for this product is excellent, however the membership, and customer service is horrid. Primary issues - the plants that they say are available aren’t necessarily available. There was a plant i wanted for six months, it was never available. There are plants that are available for purchase on the website that your credits won’t work for. They aren’t available on the app, and regardless of whether or not you’re a member with ycube credits, you have to purchase them through he website. If you’re going to get the product, skip the membership. It seems like a scam, and the customer service department is wildly unhelpful. They just feed you a bunch of junk pre-written nauseating lines with exclamation points. They’ll tell you over and over again that you can always buy seeds elsewhere. Then what’s the membership for? Disappointing. Edit to response: but the problem wasn’t solved, and the customer service was lacking. There are still y-cubes that can be purchased with a credit card, but not with y-cube credits. Whats the point?

I received new cubes a couple weeks ago and immediately started my new peas. They’ve already grown six inches! I LOVE MY GARDYN!

I received my Gardyn as a Christmas present last year. Love the idea but still took me a minute to start my Gardyn. About maybe 2 months, I started to planting and it worked perfectly, during my membership I had a few issues but after contacting the support team. It was quick resolved. Since Sunday 04/10/2022 I noticed my plants was fading, looking dry and some look like dying. So I immediately look into the website and test the water pump, which was not responding, so I checked if the WiFi was connected on the app, things look good. So I followed all the steps recommend from the website support team. Still at that point the light and wifi connection was working but water pump was still not working. So I reconnect the Gardyn from there it went just out completely. No there is no power, no light and no watering. I immediately filled a warranty report on Sunday. Didn't hear anything. So Monday passed I email the support team, I received an email mentioning they will respond in 24hours. Well today is Wednesday 04/13/2022 and still nothing. I contacted the owner/ CEO via email today. Let see what happen.

We were excited to get our gardyn set up but sad to discover that the app& WiFi can’t connect to our house WiFi because it’s too fast… surprising that even the 2.0 system is limited to operating on such old tech specs! Hoping that just the preset programs will get the job done (it needs a 2.4ghz system and anyone who has upgraded has 5.0 ghz).

Excellent instructions from the company on the set up as well as how to start growing and tending the garden. Very easy to use and delicious green and spices.

Having a very difficult time having the Gardyn/wifi finding each other

Love the Gardyn. They make it easy and fun. Love the fresh produce.
