I’ve only had my razor a short time but I’m so impressed that I purchased two more for Christmas gifts.

Adequate product but disappoibted
I am disappointed with freebird razor. It feels much like gripping a small computer mouse. I have large hands. I am unable to get a comfortable grip - feels awkward while using. Additionally, the device feels very flimsy....feels like lightweight plastic. Even the docking station feels like cheap, flimsy plastic. There is no ac adaptor - another disappointing feature since i do not own a personal computer, so i am unable to charge the device. It cuts no different than my old electric razor. I was not impressed with quality of the cut. I would like to have a razor with a little more weight and size for those of us with larger hands. All in all, i am very disappointed.

I guarantee some of these reviews are false. 3 Weeks ago, I ordered a kit along with a promo discount, and bonus items, and received all promptly. This was my first electric product for face and head, and I have to say, for the price, it is WELL WORTH the cost. I find for the price, it does a fine job. Will it get your shave area perfectly smooth? No. But I do not think and electric can personally. Coming from someone that has to shave twice a day to look perfectly shaved, I love the product. So much in fact, I ordered another yesterday. I emailed support because I was offered a 20% off promo, and believe it or not, I received a written response, and promptly BTW. I never even dreamed of getting a response. They immediately credited me the offer. As I mentioned, some of these reviews are absurd, or people expect the world and something perfect for a shaver that is well under 1/2 of other similar products.

Excellent product Excellent Customer Service
I bought 2 freebird shavers 2 years ago for my husband and son in law (both proud baldies) for xmas they both say its the best gift theyve ever had and the best head shaving product ever! They both love the fact that the new blades come regularly, and have also bought the travel case and charging dock.
