This is my second skull shaver now. I originally bought the FlexSeries and upgraded to the Pro recently as the upgrades I felt were needed features (one less blade for a closer shave, easier to clean, etc.) and was I right! I get a much better shave and I spend less time cleaning up afterwards. I cannot recommend this product enough!

My husband does love this razor but what I am unhappy about is you tried to charge my card again, luckily my debit card was compromised and that card was canceled. I would have preferred to contact but I couldn’t find a link for customer support.

As others have said, they just started sending me replacement blades and charged me without any prior notice. I couldn’t find a phone number for them so I wrote an email requesting a refund and asked them to delete my credit card info. If they don’t I will protest through my credit card company. You don’t realize it when you buy the shaver that you sign up for a six-week blade replacement program that costs $42. This is very sneaky and predatory. The product itself is okay but I don’t like these tactics.
