Truth in advertising! It’s seldom that you come across a product that is fairly priced, works as advertised and provides you with the tools needed for almost complete grooming. I say almost even though I’ve yet to find a tool provided I haven’t used or need.

I don’t like being forced to purchase anything. You charged me for new shaver heads which I didn’t ask for. I wasn’t able to contact anyone to voice my grievance. I think that is taking unfair advantage of your customers and should be illegal. I don’t recall signing anything agree for your company to send and charge me for anything. When I need something I will purchase it on my own volition

The best electric shaver that ever has been able to shave my beard close as a razor and happy to have this one. I will not be using a razor anymore. Electric shaving doesn’t leave razor burning or cut face and works dry or wet.

Unauthorized Subscription. I was "subscribed" at $50 / month after a singular purchase. No account was created, no indication that I was subscribing was ever given, and no way to remove the subscription. Post-reply response: The blade subscription was indicated as an option. One would think that after clicking "Not interested", such a response would be respected. Your agents were quick to remove my "subscription" at my repeated request, but you initially refused to reimburse me for the unauthorized charge made. Since I have received no response from you via email, I don't know if that reimbursement was done.
