I was a little nervous at first, but when I was done I was impressed

The experience with this company was extremely bad. Did not know they automatically enrolled you in a subscription. The Razor makes loud noise and is not effective for shaving. Horrible quality. Return experience is even worse. You have to pay shipping and handling cost for the return close to $30. Horrible experience with the product and service.

The Freebird razor works well on the tiny stubble, just move it in small circular motions. It’s quiet and easy to handle, gives a great shave on all body parts. I did find that the razor covers are difficult to open but it’s getting slightly easier. The company is responsive and supportive. Overall I’m happy with it.

Product performed just as described. The ergonomic design is great, fits so comfortably in the palm of your hand. Really happy to have made this purchase. The ease of knowing there is a worry-free subscription for refills at your convenience is awesome. A must buy! You will not regret it.

I came to the site to reorder a new shaver since mine stopped working, but was able to quickly find out that my shaver was under warranty and was easily able to have a new unit sent to me. GREAT SERVICE!!!!!
