Went to Buford location for glasses. Was shocked to see the Dr on the screen. The 59.95 price is very misleading. My prescription was going to cost 425.00 for 2 pair of glasses. So the lady made me a deal and one pair cost 60.00. When they came back, my prescription was too strong. They informed my husband that I would need to come back on a Wednesday cause that is when the Dr would be there. I went in a few months later when school was out and the employees informed me that the Dr no longer visits the Buford store. Now I have glasses that I can't wear!!! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!!!!

This is not a real Doctor. Your exam is done online. You talk to the doctor on a TV screen. Don't waste your money. See a real Doctor.

It's a great place to go and get good prizes on eyeglasses they are real friendly & they always want to help you so you can get a good prize on your glasses Ms. Angel & Taja They always there to help all the time and they help you with all those questions you have it's a awesome place to go & cheap too thank you for everything guys.

I recently purchased new glasses from Eye Lab. Will at the new West Rd location in Houston, Tx was wonderful! He greeted my daughter & myself right away. He was extremely helpful with the entire process. Will deserves a million stars!!!

I was very disappointed with my experience. The eye exam was a doctor online. The internet connection was horrible. I couldn't understand her and there was difficulty with the machine and the eye exam continued due to the doctor following a script and not listening to me when I said the eye machine wasn't working. I have recieved one of my pairs and the prescription isn't right. There automated number has called me three times for a pair of glasses I already picked up. I ended up driving there to get the second pair only to find that they were calling about the pair I already picked up. The employees that were there to help pick the frames were helpful, but didn't help adjust the glasses when I picked them up. I am not impressed and will not go back.

Marcus was helpful in working within my budget. They are very professional and personable. Thanks!

My husband and I just left My EYE LAB in Snellville. Totally fabulous experience, Natalie and John went out of their way to meet our needs and we ended up with several pairs of awesome glasses. We did use the buy one get one free promotion, and ended up getting a pair of prescription sunglasses too! You can also purchase the frames by themselves if needed. All in all, a WONDERFUL experience! Definitely recommend!!

I do not recommend going to, or purchasing anything from this location. I’ve never experienced unreliable customer service as I have at this location recently. I went in for an eye exam and contacts on May 25th. I was initially going to purchase eye glasses as well. I was greeted nicely and my eye exam was completed rather quickly and that’s where ALL the rest of this horrible experience started. I started to look at some glasses. I believe there was a 2 for $56 dollar offer going on so I decided to purchase glasses also. Well, I picked some out and the girl assisting me asked if that was going to be it and I told her I was going to need contacts as well. So she started typing and told me the cost for my glasses was going to be $400+. I asked her what about the 2 for $56 deal and she told me that was only for people with insurance. So I told her never mind. She put in the order of contacts and was given a total of $290+. I asked when she thought my contacts would be in and she told me they would be available the following Tuesday. (Monday was memorial day) Tuesday came and no call I figured I’d give it a few more days. I call on Friday and no contacts. I am given a number for Stanton optical customer service and the guy I spoke with said they had been shipped and to at least wait until Monday. Well, Monday comes and goes no contacts. I call and I call and every time I get the same response.” They’ve been shipped”. Friday comes I go back up there to speak to someone about this situation and was told that they would get it to me with 2 day shipping. I was told that they would get back to me as soon as possible to let me know what happened. Yet again, no one gets back to me and then I have to call back the following Monday to figure out what’s going on. I spoke with a manager who PROMISED me that he would figure it out and get back to me by the end of business that day. Well, now it’s Thursday and I haven’t received a call from anyone about anything. I decided to go up there to get to the bottom of the situation or get a refund. Spoke with sales manager and wasn’t able to rectify the situation so I got my money back minus the eye exam. I was supposed to get a trial pairs the day I ordered my contacts and wasn’t given any. Absolutely disappointed with the customer service. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else. I asked for the regional manager or area Managers number but wasn’t given it.
