My EyelabReviews of myeyelab.com

I recently visited MyEyeLab location in Laredo,Texas and I loved the experience! It was a total different atmosphere and I felt very comfortable with the people working there. They explained in detail the price of everything I was getting and their services were fast with no long waiting compared to going to a dr. office. They have a great variety of frames for all different tastes and are very affordable. I highly recommend you all to go here and give it a try, you will not regret it!

I just wanted to bring to your attention some poor customer service at your Morrow, GA Eye Lab retail location. I visited your store on July 20th for what I thought would be a routine $45 eye exam. I arrive at the store and I'm greeted by the General Manager Ruth. She informs me that her store does not offer a $45 eye exam for eye glasses. The exam is $95. She said the best she could do is give me a $59 exam that includes a pair of eye glasses. I agreed to the $59 and continued with my eye exam. I came to pick up the pair of glasses on July 31st and informed Ruth when I tried on the glasses that my vision was blurry. She told me that it might take a while to get use to the glasses. I said ok and left driving home with blurry vision. I returned to the store 2 days later with the glasses in hand and told Ruth that I need a new exam as I can not see out of these glasses. She said there is nothing she could do but refund me the $14.99 for the glasses. I told her your policy is 30 days to get a new exam. She said yes but that prescription is correct and I should be happy she gave me such a good deal on my glasses. Her husband and son didn't even get that kind of deal. By this time I'm getting embarrassed as she is getting louder. I told her thank you for the deal but I either I need a new prescription and new glasses or a total refund of my $59 so I can go to another eye glass doctor. The total point is to see clearly out of prescription glasses. As of August 5th I'm still working with your call center for my $59 refund. This is crazy to have to go through all of this when she could have just given me a new exam. I have attached my prescription from "Eyelab" and a previous prescription from another doctor so you can see the difference in the prescriptions. I showed this to Ruth but she didn't care to see it. My next step is to call the Better Business Bureau and Channel 2 Action News about this store.

BEWARE: my mother, husband and myself saw a sign for Eyelab and they had a special running it was 2 pairs of glasses for 59.95. Called and although they were not in network with my insurance they said they would charge the same price as my in network provider. There were a lot of people there. I thought this is great. Too good to be true. A place this cheap well cheap is what it is. My mother got 2 pairs of glasses. One of the pairs the bifocals were not in line with her eye sight for reading and they said they would fix well it took about 3 months to get them back and the pair it took a month and a half to get them back. My husbands glasses same problem. His bifocals were not lined with his reading eyesight but he was just fed up with them and decided not to bother with them anymore. I received mine as told like about 2 weeks but all of our glasses are of cheap ware and they are ALWAYS dirty. Not just my glasses but my husband and my mom. I honestly would never recommend them to anyone. Just go to Wal Mart or Target or anywhere else. I just got through eating popcorn and nowhere did my fingers get close to my glasses but I have like grease on them. This is all day everyday. They just can’t stay clean. Lenses horrible and stay dirty. Never will go there again. Don’t use them. Not worth saving a few bucks.

Great customer service and very accommodating to my budget. Kinshara was very helpful.

I went to the League city location and the Assistant Manager Kinshara was so helpful. My daughter is shy and did not want to get her eye exam. Kinshara was so patient with her. She walked her through the eye exam and assisted her finding the perfect glasses that my daughter liked. I would recommend getting your eyewear at this place.

Store #040 Marissa Seidle I had a very positive experience at the store. Smooth, efficient and timely check in check-in by Marissa. Testing went smoothly. My 1st experience with the use of telemedicine in this setting. Very cool. Received great assistance with selecting frames and pricing. Thank you.

Worst customer service I've ever received anywhere! I originally went to the Brooks City Base location with my insurance and eye exam in hand. The associate name Priscilla took my information and said she would call me the following morning to help me with my eye glasses the next morning came waited all day and no phone call from anyone from eyelab. I called multiple times and no one can help me out or no one would answer. Finally I got someone on the phone and told me that Priscilla was no longer working for this company and was informed that she might have taken my paperwork and insurance information with her or discarded in trash can per management telling me this. I have had only one conversation with the manager named Crystal she explained to me she would look into it and would notify me with a phone call . I have yet to receive any phone calls from this company. I had made repeated phone calls to corporate and was told that someone from there management team would reach out to me with no response from them on how they would correct this and make it right for me. I had to make repeated phone calls to the Brooks City Base location and go in person to speak to someone in order to get some assistance with this issue finally I was able talk to a manager and they located my paperwork after an hour of waiting .he did make me an offer on some glasses $150 out of pocket . Really??? but I did not accept it really was not a discount he wanted to charge me full price for some glasses .I told the manager I just wanted my paperwork back and will no longer be doing business with this company ever again!!! Buyer beware!!

I gave my eyelab five stars because they did a great job of taking care of me they polite kind just all around very nice people especially Nathan he was great
