On 2-24 23 I visited MyEyelab for the first time .I had an appointment but was told by Evelyn Wyatt told me that they were behind schedule and I would be seen as soon as possible. As I am on time I expect them to be on time . However I decided to wait I looked around at the surroundings the place was small but very neat. I listened to both Evelyn and Tabby interacted with customers they were very apologetic and helpful .When my turn came I was again thanked for being so patient. These ladies are a great asset to this company .

Lylian took care of my issue, even not having my prescription she took the time to help me out and got me out the door with some some trials until my prescription comes in. I cant thank Lylian enough awesome customer service.

I was a walk-in off the streets at Eyelab, 4591 S. University Drive, Davie, Florida. I hadn't had a visual exam in approximately 2 years. I wasn't sure if EyeLab would accept my vision insurance. After meeting Brand Manager Robyn Drewniak, all of my visual needs were brought into compliance. The experience of the tele-exam was fresh and unique. I was able to update my prescription and order two new pairs of eye glasses. Mrs. Drewniak was very personable and made my experience very pleasant. I'm excitedly looking forward to receiving my new eye glasses.

My wife and I Just returned from ordering two pairs of eye-glasses. This location is in The City of Plantation, Florida. The Associate were very courteous and helpful in every detail of our needs. We appreciate their customer service quality very much. Thanks again.

I went to EyeLab yeterday in Plantation, Fl. I was well taken care of from begining to end, the atendants were helpful and very polite, the doctor was very good, gave me a clear explanation of the result of my exam. In general I was extremely saatisfied. I have not gotten my glasses yet. I wll get back to writting a final review when I do get them.

Their employee, Jazz, solved a frame issue for me that I have been dealing with for 2-3 months. The fact that she solved the problem was important but more important is that, on her own, she took the initiative to do it (when others didn't). I'll go back there because of her.
