I was confused on the sham doctor not being in person but virtual. 1 pair of glasses came in. But I could not see out of my bifocals. The tech marked my lenses for a lined bifocals. Now another 2week wait to get my glasses. Also a $39.95 charge to polish my lense sides that look like a coke bottle for a heavy lenses is ridiculous. Would not come back or either recommend this place. For your incompetence my polishing of my lenses should be compensated. Tina Motto

I was impressed by virtual eye exam. Then I was told contacts order would take 2 weeks to a month to receive. I also didn't get a trial pair because they too would take 2 weeks. Unimpressed. Using 1800contacts, much quicker.

In San Antonio on Vance Jackson and 410. Went in for 2 pair glasses+ eye exam for $59.99. Cost for contacts is $89.99. Ashley very nice. Did all the eye exams eye pressure,bright light etc. My concern / surprise was the Doctor in the Box. One TV had a "doctor" the 2nd TV had the eye chart being viewed by patient on a mirror. Not very professional on the doctors part I went in to see a doctor. The technician's do all the work. Paid $212.00 that should go to the tech doing the work. The doctor was not present. If concerned about Covid the technician's are in the office. WHY not a doctor??

Nice people horrible delivery and estimated dates. Ship dates don’t happen. Order status changes constantly. Needed a remake for 2 pair and one they never sent to measure me and the other was supposed to be 10 days and we are beyond that now

I took my children to the Buford, My eyelab. The optometrist is digital. My children were able to see immediately with their glasses with little adjustment. The quality of the glasses are cheap for the price. We have had to go back numerous times for repairs. However, they are good to repair them. They also seem to have a frequent staff turn over, which makes it difficult to find your purchases and they take forever to get your glasses. I will not use them again for children's glasses.

Upon making my appointment for 3/8/19 I was told my exam an glasses would be $99 after I told them I wore bifocals. I ended up paying $129.00 which wasnt too bad. Long story short.I called on 3/18/19 to check on the status and the lady told me they would be in within 24-48hrs. I have called this morning 3/20/19 to be placed on hold for 7minutes and still not know the status of my order. I hung up and called back and Nathan is telling me that he hasnt looked for the order yet. I should have just followed my first mind and went somewhere else to start off with. Im so afraid that these glasses are not going be what I expected...

The appointment was fairly easy, but they forgot to take one measurement for my progressive lens. Then when the glasses were done, they never called me to let me know! I had to call them inquiring about why it was taking so long. Could have done better ...
