Interesting place. Crap for frames that are guaranteed to break on first wearing. They don't have doctors for an examination, just machinery. The $59 'special' became close to $400 before the bait and switch salesman was finished. Did not buy and recommend that you don't either.

I had a wonderful experience at My Eyelab today Dr. Vincenty, Sharunda and Nathan all gave me excellent customer service!!! Nathan went above and beyond! Thanks!!

I visit the eyelab here in Savannah and had a very very pleasant visit the young lady who waited on me Roberta was so very helpful and she was determined to satisfy me and at the end she found. She found me a frame that suit my face and my personality and I appreciate her determination to satisfy me. Thank you again Roberta at eyelab in Savannah Georgia

I have what I would call lazy eyes, every time I get examined for glasses I have trouble focusing. I told the doctor my problem, so we took are time if I needed him to slow down he did without hesitation. I was very happy at the end of my exam. Now as for price my insurance only allows me $200.00 total, I did pay an additional $285.00 (((( BUT )))))what I got was the eye exam 2 pairs of glasses, 1 frame ( I already had frames I wanted to use for one pair ) Both pairs are Transitioning lenses That Change into sunglasses and no line bifocals. I did wait a week to pick them up. I was happy about the price. When I picked them up and tried them on, it was WOW I never had a pair of glasses so perfect! I will never go anywhere else. A Very satisfied customer.

I paid over $200 for 1 pair of glasses, with insurance coverage. I was then told my glasses would not be ready for 2 weeks. It is over 2 weeks now, and I still have no glasses even though they have been paid for. The timeframe is unacceptable, and the EXCUSES are even more unacceptable. I was told my glasses were delayed because of Easter. But my glasses were supposed to be delivered before Easter. The store manager Jasmine assured me should call me that day to pick my glasses up, but didn’t. I called the next morning and she became very argumentative with me and even hung up on me. Two minutes later she called me back to say my glasses were there and NEVER apologized for her mess up. The customer service was DEPLORABLE at this location!!! Do not go to Eyelab in Brookhaven Ga off Buford Hwy.

DO NOT RECOMMEND! They “upsell” you so many things, so two pair of glasses with scratch guarantee was over $200. I already had an eye exam done and had my prescription but they would give NO discount for that. 7-8 months later, I go in asking for replacements because both pair were scratched. At first, he said the frames were out of stock and I had to buy new frames. Then I FOUND one of my frames on the shelf, and was told “that must be the last one!” Then the guy told me I would have to pay 20% of the cost so I would owe $45. I explained that no one told me that I would have to pay anything if the glasses were scratched... they just talked me into paying extra to get “free replacements” if they got scratched. I walked out without “buying” my “free” replacements.
