I was at the eye lab on Sunday in League City Texas. I had a great time with Romulo. He very caring and helpful.

Went to the Oakwood store last April, got the exam, sunglasses and regular glasses. I had to negotiate to get he price down to earth, but that's not unusual. They never call to tell you your glasses are ready even though they said they would. But my problem was with the quality. The sunglasses split within 3 months. I took them back and they charged me to replace them, got the replacement set and the lenses did not look like they fit in the frames, had gaps and lenses kept falling out, they also broke within three months. They no longer had that style frame and offered me a different style. those have since cracked and broken. I went back to see how they could help me get into a replacement pair and their response was, OUT OF WARRANTY. I sent an email to the customer service and after two weeks, no response. I don't know how a company like this can stay in business. I would highly recommend any other place to get eye wear than my eyelab, you will be sorry.

My wife Pattie and I found My Eyelab at Abrams and Northwest Highway in Dallas. I bought five pairs of glasses and my wife bought three. I just ordered two more pairs tonight, my wife ordered one more pair. Dacia, Asia, Marcus and other employees are very professional, very friendly we had a wonderful experience. The eye exam was just complementary to the whole experience. I have told family and friends and even people I have met that wear glasses about our experience at My Eyelab. You can't beat the prices or selection. They have customers for life in me and my wife.

Awful experience I never saw a Doctor and they gave me the same prescription from 3 years ago. I can't even read my text messages. When I let them know what the problem was they said the Dr is only in on Monday mornings. Never ever go there.

The location of My Eye lab is 16100 SH121 Bldg. A #130 Frisco, Texas 75035 for starters it has an amazing team of professional staff without a doubt with Justin, Serena and Jailyn. This team will make you want to come back again just for the outstanding service they provide with the time and attention given that you deserve. First, my eye exam was free for the glasses but I wanted contacts too, with the trial pair being perfect fit, I have never experienced. I also bought two pair glasses, they arrived a week earlier than promised, once again a perfect fit in every way. Now for the next biggest part which is the savings I normally pay approximately $129 for my eye exam, $200 for contact and $700 to $800 for one pair of glasses with progressive and transition lenses without fail each time I must renew my prescription. Again, I got my eye exam free except for the contact exam, 6 months of contacts, two pair of glasses and saved over $777! If you wear glasses, contacts are both, please go see Justin, Serena and Jailyn the professionals at My Eyelab in Frisco on SH 121 it will be the best decision you will make.

I went there 2 weeks ago I'm not happy with them first they never called me to tell me my glasses were ready, when I go up my glasses I guess they used wrong prescription I could not c through Both glasses They made an app for wed with a real dtr no virtual..I am not happy with them right now I'm gonna c what happens if not I will want my money back..
