You guys got my prescription totally wrong and refused to fix it! The glasses were cheaply made as well, felt like they came from the dollar store. No refund offered or anything, glasses went straight into the garbage! Also terrible service when trying to get help to fix the issue, they didnt care, only cared about getting their money they already took from me. Will Never recommend this place to anyone!

The fit if the frame, the delivery speed, the fact that we're only $5. Great!

What didn't go wrong. The advertising was BOGO however I ended up paying over $400. Then trying to cancel when they weren't even shipped yet was not happening. When I asked they said they were already shipped but they were not. Then trying to get a tracking number was like pulling teeth. On top of everything, because I'm from Canada I had to pay for customs. So ridiculous and the glasses are cheaply made taboot. Never again I tell ya, NEVER AGAIN!

Hello Julie, and thank you for your review. You ordered 2 pairs of glasses with progressive lenses. The cancelation policy couldn't apply as order were already shipped to you. You receive email notification with the tracking number the moment the order is mailed. Feel free to contact us if have any questions.

The whole process from choosing my glasses, uploading the prescription and placing the order was smooth and simple! It took all of 5 minutes ( I knew what glasses I wanted). I received my glasses a little over a week later. 10 out of 10 recommend!
