i’ve bought 3 pairs from here and the quality is pretty garbage, they look real nice but that garbage blue light lense always wears off and is terrible. apparently they changed it but this new one is just as bad.

I was never called that my glasses were in, and when I went to the store to see if they were in. I was met with rudeness. I was handed my glasses and That was it. They didn’t help to get my new glasses to fit properly. I went to another eye glass company and paid them To get my new glasess to fit right. I will never use my eyelab ever again.

The in house staff were great to work with, no issues with the exam, but the lab is horrible. Had to send 2 pair of glasses back, due to rough edges on 1 pair, and a chip in the other pair. It has been 6 weeks, and I am still waiting on 1 pair to be replaced. Doubt I use them again

The people Working were nice enough but the reason I am reviewing it poorly is because you would think that they would check patients insurance beforehand to make sure that their insurance is in fact going to cover their reason for visiting. Ultimately the fault was mine for thinking my vision insurance and my health insurance were the same company. I was unaware that my employer used two different companies for vision, dental and health This is my first time ever having vision insurance let alone using it. They didn't even so much as ask which provider I had before my exam, let alone verified anything until after my eye exam. This practice screwed me I was unexpecting to have to pay only $10 not $100. I couldn't afford it, while I have insurance I live paycheck to paycheck especially with how terrible inflation's been getting and this whole messed up situation just left me wondering why it's not standard procedure to verify patients policies prior to service. I can't be the first person that has ever made this blunder. It just feels super irresponsible that this simple thing isn't already a part of standard operating procedure, I'm incredibly frustrated and angry honestly. I am mostly angry with myself for making this mistake but the mark of a good business is one that attempts to provide customers the best experience possible with clear guidelines to eliminate any possible variables that would affect their customers experience. I'm really disappointed and will never use this company ever again and Will actively try to discourage people from doing so.

My daughter and I had a eye exam at the Kernersville location approximately the 3rd week of August. She received her new glasses on approximately august 26. As of September 2 I still have not received my new glasses. I don’t understand why both were submitted the same date and I have not received mine. Now they are saying I want receive mine until September 9th. The first arrival date was September 1. So at this time I am not very happy with their delivery of new glasses. The other problem I have with them is the exam was done by a virtual website visit with a doctor. So you do not get a physical hands on exam which doesn’t give you the opportunity to address issues you may have. I mean there is nothing like being able to talk with the doctor face to face especially if you have concerns. At this point I don’t know if I would recommend eye lab or not because at this point I ma not real satisfied with them.

I could kick myself for EVER going into MyEyeLabs in Cumming Ga on 1/24/22, but they were new, just opened several months b4. Staff was friendly but unorganized as I observed them in action. Wasn’t especially impressed with either their quality or selection, 2 for 89 was bogus to begin with, but I blame me for not leaving, I found several pairs I liked. Bill still came to over 1K. When I was notified 2 weeks later that my glasses were ready, I went back & for the most expensive pair749$ they had no eyeglass case to go with eyeglass, nor did they offer any case that glasses would fit in.? The other pair of glasses, the ear wrap plastic was loose on both sides was loose and would slide over 1/8-1/4 inch. Told employee that wasn’t acceptable & he first said that that’s the design of those glasses (Been wearing glasses since I was 6yrs old & that’s bogus). He then offered to superglue them??? Told him better not see doing that on my New Glasses, told him wanted my money back if frames weren’t rite . He waffled about refunding any money. He offer to send them back for new frames. Week later they were ready. Still not perfect, what I would expect from new 599$glasses Oh why didn’t I stick with my Lensi

I didn't have to wait long. The exam done by machines you look thru which are 4 to 5 machines. Then I met doctor through remote screen and she did the lens testing. So that was pretty good this the 2 stars. The sales girl however told me there wasn't a special for 2 progressive for 99.00. She advised the cheaper frames I was looking at would not hold up for everyday use and would break in no time. When I told her I called to verify the special before made the appt she advised those call center people don't know what they are talking about. The girl tried to control everything I chose to try on. I was irritated. So then we sat down and she began to push the extras. I normally get the transition package that has most all upgrades other places for about 150. By the time she got done the bill was for 400 just for a pair of glasses that were to be worn for everyday around the house or working in the yard. The frames were 50 so they were charging 350 for the lens treatments. I paid for just the exam 45 and left the store feeling I wasted my time and paid 45 for nothing. I guess they advertise falsely to get you in to upsell the heck out of you. Rediculous lady there and shared all about her really personal problems along with the hard upsell made this a bad experience. Much like a cheap used car lot. When I got home there it was a tv commercial for 2 progressive lens and frames for 99.00 Clearly a rip off.

Store locate 4591 S University Dr. , Fl. Recommendation: 1. Do not bring your own frames. Use the frames from the store. What is good about this store 1. Customer service in the store, I mean the employees, they seem to care about their customers. 2. Size of store and variety of models to choose from 3. The lenses per se seem to be of good quality. 4. The frames look chip but they are actually not bad. What I did not like 1. Eyeglasses or lenses were not well cut when you bring your frame. Also, they do not return the old lenses. 2. Takes way too long to have the glasses ready. 3. If there is a mistake or something wrong with the glasses, it takes another 2 weeks to fix it and probably they will not be able to fix it. You will need to start again the process. In my case took 2 months to have my glasses. In the end, they gave me the two frames at no cost to me. However, one pair seems to me, do not have the lens addon. I am not sure, but it took so long, I just pick them up and left.
