I waited to write my review, to see if the final product was as good as the office visit. Don't get me wrong, I was shocked to find out the optometrist was on a screen, but since I was already in the seat, I stayed. Got my cute glasses today and I love both pairs, I can actually see. So, this has been a really good experience for me, the staff was friendly and patient. I will be back.

Sounds too good to be true? It is. Cheap material and poor customer service. Warranty is joke. Would never go back or recommend this business.

This is the worst company ever!! I had waited months for 2 pairs of glasses and then found out that one pair had broke so needed to wait longer for those. When i asked for my presciption to be sent to me via email since i no longer live in the state in which this company is in, they said i needed a consent for them to email me it and that is a lie because if you request something, they should just be able to send it to your email no issues or extra steps. Save your time and money and don't get coned into coming to this horrible company because they will just give you the run around and not help at all.

I should run away when the examen was true a tv but i give the chance and try big mistake prescription was wrong I pick up my glasses can't see the woman say try for 7 days my eyes was crying my headache was terrible went back they redo the test this time old fashion Mark did and corrected the prescription wait 9 days to get my glasses this time bettee but still not happy I won't recommend this place are all and also i bring my own glasses plus one that i got in sales in $9.99 and I pay $338.00 for simple glasses I didn't add nothing just the prescription run away from this place it's not good

I went to My Eyelab today in Buford and meet the lovely Ms.Fehmida she was absolutely amazing. She helped me find frames in my budget and that I really love. Will definitely be coming back to see her. The place is nice and clean and they are really fast no long waiting times.

The worst experience do not go there very bad service and dishonest employees got overcharged for some cheap glasses $352.00 wrong prescription and no free second pair they kept me waiting for over an hour and a half till I just walk out of there after listening to other customers complain about their glasses been wrong prescription or wrong frames etc they wouldn’t give me a refund instead they said I should be glad I wasn’t been charged to fix their mistake
