I wish there was a no star option. The worst place to go. Thing is you get glasses that just are not right for what ever the reason I should get my money back. I. My case they are too strong for my eyes wanted my money back they said no. So they let me pick out new frames. Saying that the others was curved lenses most likely the reason for making my eyes cross. Lol so I did that. Waited another two weeks for them to do the same. Still will not give me my money back. This place needs to be closed down.

I would give them no stars if I could. Wanted to charged my son 189.00 for regular easy prescription lenses, cheap selection of frames and told him he wouldn't get his glasses for 4 weeks!!!! 189.00 for lenses, and he has insurance! Total scam. Went somewhere else, got Oliver Peoples frames, and the glasses were ready in 45 minutes. How do these people stay in business?????

Do yourself a favor and grab yourself some readers from the dollar store. Went to the Eye Lab in Conyers and originally gave them a great review due to their customer service. I really should have known better, butttttt, the actual glasses are horrible. Went to them within the guarantee period but still wanted to charge me an extra 500 dollars. So now I'm left with not being able to see out of the two pairs I got. It's a thumbs down from me.

I ordered my contact one week ago . I finally got a text to pick them up so I leave my job an hour early, to make sure they were open. The lady informed me that there is an issue with the system that usually it takes two weeks for the order to get in. I explained how disappointed I was and her answer was next time call to make sure. I right away told her I will take my business elsewhere and she answer ok no problem. 😠They did not mention I had to wait two weeks when I ordered my contacts.this is the one by Cooper City and Griffin

I would give it a zero if I could. I went to eyelab in Del City Oklahoma. We went in and had an eye exam and contact exam. We went to pick out glasses and contacts. We did the two pair of glasses for $89. So it was a buy one get the other feee. They told us the total cost of the ONE pair of glasses was gonna be $350! For just a single vision lense. At that point we realized that we would have to wait on the contacts . We put a $100 down. They said it would be about 10 days to 2 weeks to get the glasses. 45 minutes latter, I called the store and told them to plz cancel the glasses order, because we decided we needed the contacts more. I didn’t ask for a refund, I just asked them to put the money we paid down towards the contacts instead of glasses. THE GLASSES HADNT EVEN BEEN MADE. The manager refused, she said she had no idea how to do that, she said she called the owner and he said no. I called customer service, 3 times, and they told me the eye lab policy, is that a customer has 24 hours to change their mind, or make changes to their purchase. They emailed the owner repeatedly to take care of this. FINALLY the owner, directly calls me. I explained to him, again That we were not requesting a refund it all we wanted was them to take the money that we put down and put it on his contacts instead of glasses like I said we had just left their glasses had not even been made. He proceeded to tell me he refused to do that but that’s my fault if we pick up the classes and then an hour later decided we didn’t want him I pointed out they weren’t even made it you know he wasn’t out of product he said he didn’t care I told him that the Ila people told me at 24 hours cancel he said he did not care he was a franchise he could do whatever he wants and there was nothing they could do about it! I told him that was terrible customer service that I would never be back and I would tell everyone I knew not to use eye lab. He said he didn’t care, he didn’t want customers like me and I could go ahead and tell my 3 friends about my experience! I was literally in shock. Our conversation got heated, and he proceeded to tell me to “F OFF!”. Seriously, I’m not kidding. By that point I was in shock. Then it got worse my adult son heard the conversation and grabbed the phone, he asked him “ who the hell are you talking to like that? Are you really talking to a paying customer let alone a woman like that?” The owner proceeded to be a jerk to my and they both ended up in an argument, finally the owner, just hung up on us. PLEASE listen to my warning and do not do buisness w them. Worst experience of my entire life. The owner said, he can do whatever he wants and nobody can do anything. He said he doesn’t care about eye labs 24 hour refund policy! The owner is a very unprofessional, crude, disrespectful man and i personally had an awful experience w this company. Again this was the eyelab in Del City Oklahoma ( the owner had several stores though) . Also would just like to point out, I ve seen other awful reviews on this form, about the exact same store. There are other eye care places in the Mid-Del area. I won’t EVER go there again!!!!!!

Took my son to the Buford, GA location for an eye exam and glasses because they had a promo for free exam plus 2 glasses for $59.99. Don’t fall for it because they charge for everything including the exam. Ended up paying almost $300 for his glasses and this was after me complaining that was not what was advertised. Mind you we did not get any extras, just a plain old glasses for astigmatism. And they also got his prescription wrong so we had to take his glasses back to have it corrected with prescription from a different place. Never again.

They offered my lenses for $400.00 co-pay. Which I found to be too expensive. so I asked if there were any cheaper options so they brought it down to $319.00. still too expensive. They said that was the standard for the type of lens I needed. So I left without making a purchase. I went to Walmart with my prescription and they did my Premium lenses made by Nikon For $184.00 and it included frames by Rayban. Needless to say, I will never do Business with Eyelab.
