Shocking. Not a good experience at all. After 2 attempts at making my glasses i had to return them . First pair i had to return after i drove half a mile up Pace street , second pair not much better. I said they seemed off a bit as soon as i put them on , but agreed that my eyes may adjust after a week. Anyway still returned them only to find out i don't get a full refund . was charged $90 for the eye exam which is clearly no use. During all my visits to the store i witnessed other customers complain . Staff were ok but felt very misled about costs .

April and Maddie were very friendly and helpful. April gave me a welcoming greeting and got me help right away. Maddie helped me pick out a great pair of glasses and informed me about a deal going on that saved me money. Will be a returning customer. Overall a great atmosphere. Thanks Eye lab on Hulen .

If I could put a negative it would b 💯. First We walked in both my husband and I, The two women in there immediately had a attitude, got my pre screening and then she walks me to a room where there is a man on a tv screen, I told her this is so unprofessional, and impersonal, she chucked and shut the door. Then they take me to the frames, Here’s there first mistake I’ve seen this before, they were doing the old bait and switch! Yep.. So she tells me the red or blue I can’t remember.. tags are two for 59.99 so out of 2,000 pairs to choose from there was 5 plastic ugly colored glasses, I said that’s it? She said with a attitude what do u expect? Now mind u I wasn’t planning on getting those cheap things that I wouldn’t put on my dog for a joke, anyways so I walk down and found a pair for 98. So I take them over to them, side note I have progressive lenses so bf my appointment I called the main number and asked them about the price and she said oh no, it’s the same price on the ad 2 for 59. So Iam taking my glasses up there and she knows that I wear progressive bc they measured my glasses. And get this she proceeds to tell me it going to b over 450. I looked at her and asked her if she was smoking crack?? By the way this was in dell city ok.. So then another rude woman walks up with her hands on her hips and tells me to stop yelling, Iam not yelling Iam speaking loudly bc this is nothing but a scam. So after a few moments I went to the counter and grabbed my prescription and left.. That day was my birthday, and we had our grandson with us. I could barely drive home bc I was so shook up. I have read most of your guys comments and it seems like Iam not alone..Here’s what we all can do, go to your court house and get papers for a civil lawsuit against them, if we all do this then they can’t continue these devious practices.. And if you’re in ok and do it let me know we can all come together and make a difference, we need to stand up to these crooks. If u don’t know what a bait and switch is look it up so u understand file a complaint with the bbb in your city, we can make a difference.Two minutes after I wrote this a owner of the ok offices called me, isn’t that funny? I told him my story, and he barefaced lied, he told me that there were 20 frames with the red tag on it, dang I knew I should of taken pics that day..He said they sent him a pic and there were plenty of frames, then he said so what it sounds like u don’t like our practices, I said hell no, so I proceeded to tell him I turned him into the bbb and that Iam filing a suit against him, he chucked, I hung up on him!! Do Not ever go to one of these stores!!

The worst customer service ever, call to see if they accepted my insurance. They said I have to come in and speak to a insurance specialist and that they do accept most all insurance companies I ask if they have a list other than what was on line because my insurance was not listed again they said I have to come in so I went in and they said they didn't accept my insurance and started to do a sales pitch how they would give me a discount and I don't need insurance I felt like I was dealing with a used car dealer so I left.

Tyra Gilbert at the Gainesville My EyeLab location is beyond wonderful. She not only quickly explained pricing for replacement lenses but also immediately located frames I was looking for. I will be a frequent customer.

Two strikes you're out. First eye exam was bad it was the remote eye exam it was way off. Went for in person eye exam and it was great. Got my new glasses and it's still not right. Went to a private eye doctor and had eyes rechecked and guess what. Some information was missing from my eye labs results. Please save your money and go somewhere else. Wasted money for the glasses that I can't use

Mrs. Zetta is a very sweet person with very upbeat personality she kept a smile on my face and had me laughing the whole time. She went out her way to make sure that I saved on my first pair of glasses with them! Thanks for your assistance today Ill be seeing you soon! 😁
